Zdrowa Krowa Street Slow Food
Zdrowa Krowa Street Slow Food is a new gastronomic concept of Zdrowa Krowa franchise chain adapted to suit the needs of shopping malls’ customers. The first restaurant of that concept was opened in Libero Shopping Center in Katowice. What is unique about it, is food designed for eating “on the go”. Our new menu includes french fries with add-ons, tortillas, wraps, sandwiches, and obviously our well-known burgers in various versions: regular with beef but also vegetarian, ketogenic, fit, or paleo.
What distinguishes us is our quality. The meat in our dishes comes from grass-fed Highland Bulls, bred ecologically with no chemicals or antibiotics, which has a direct influence on meat quality and taste. Our meat will also meet the needs of people who want to cut off cholesterol or fat because it contains less of it than traditional beef. We also prepare our sauces and dressings by hand, according to our own recipes. Our burger buns are baked in a local bakery according to our recipe. We do not use semi-finished products.
We also try to act upon the zero waste principle, which is why we use local supplies of vegetables and fruit, we shop when needed, so nothing is wasted! Zdrowa Krowa is not only a great place for meat lovers, but also vegetarians, or people on a gluten-free, ketogenic, or paleo diet – in our restaurant, you will find something for yourselves!
