On August 3, a series of Latin dance and “Let’s salsa!” Dance classes will begin in Libero. Every week, up to and including August 24, in the Square to Joy, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm, lovers of hot rhythms can join Salsopolis dancers, as well as take part in the bachata and salsa workshops.

As part of the ongoing “Summer at the Square to Joy”, in front of the complex at Kościuszki 229, residents of Katowice and the surrounding area can take advantage of the extensive activity program. In August, Saturday afternoons will be filled by Latin sounds, and the square will be full of dancing.
Dance parties and dance lessons for Latin rhythm fans
Taking part in “Let’s salsa!” is a guarantee of great fun, straight from hot, Latin countries. Instructors invited to work with Libero will show the world of salsa, bachata and kizomba. Latino will reign on the Square to Joy from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. In addition, from 4:40 to 5:00 instructors will present basic steps of bachata, and from 5:40 to 6:00 there will be salsa classes.
However, this is not the end of the attractions! Participants of the dance meetings will be able to win a pass for competitions entitling them to take part in twelve dance lessons at the Salsopolis school, founded by Jacek Perduta – a partner of the series. Every Saturday, three people will be awarded.
Saturdays in Libero – attractions for children and adults
“Let’s salsa” is not the only attraction for visitors to Libero Katowice on Saturdays. After the dances, the Films For Food Festival will start at 7:00 pm. Here you will read more about FFF. There is a summer skimboarding school for children and teenagers from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
