It is also a chance to chat & listen to some guests. Hosted by Aleksandra Czapla-Oslislo – arts expert and culinary reviewer (blogostryga.pl), and on a daily basis, the head of the Program Department at the Silesian Theatre.

Noma: My Perfect Storm

This feature length documentary is about the chef and co-owner of the legendary restaurant Noma in Copenhagen. To Noma, which is located in the old quarter of Copenhagen, in warehouses formerly used by the Danish commercial fleet, “pilgrimage” food critics, culinary experts, restaurateurs and gourmets from the most distant corners of the world. They come to learn about the artistry of one of the most known and respected contemporary chefs. A visionary whose innovative approach to local culinary traditions and native products has revolutionized Scandinavian cuisine.

Noma, awarded with two Michelin stars, has four times been a winner in the prestigious ranking of The San Pellegrino World’s 50 Best Restaurants. After more than a decade of successes, its creator closed the restaurant at its former location, travelled around the world, preparing restaurant pop-up’s in Tokyo, Sydney and Mexico. In early 2018, he opened a new Noma 2.0, at a new location on the outskirts of Copenhagen, an the style of an urban farm.
